This policy describes how Expression Coffee Co. collects and uses information when you shop, subscribe, or contact us. We try to keep it short and plain-spoken.
What we collect
Order details (name, email, shipping address, items purchased) you provide at checkout, and basic device/browser information from server logs. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers.
How we use it
To fulfill your orders, send transactional emails (receipts, shipping confirmations), respond to your questions, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use a small set of first-party cookies for the shopping cart and for keeping admins signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us through the contact page. We'll respond within 30 days.
